Terms of Service
1. The service
Jeevz sells a Decision Memo: a one-page written recommendation covering options, tradeoffs, a clear pick, and why — typically delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment to the email you provide.
Optional Build sprints (implementation help after a memo) are quoted separately and only after a paid Decision Memo.
2. Who this is for
You must be able to form a binding contract. You confirm the decision details you submit are accurate enough for us to work from. Memes, illegal activity, or requests that would require us to break the law are not accepted; we may refuse or cancel those orders and refund only if payment was taken in error before work began.
3. Price and payment
Decision Memo pricing is shown on the site at checkout (currently USD $99 unless otherwise stated). Payment is processed by Stripe on behalf of Amplified Solutions Consulting LLC. Taxes may apply where required.
4. No refunds
All Decision Memo sales are final. Because the product is custom digital advisory work that begins after payment, we do not offer refunds, chargebacks-as-refunds, or “I changed my mind” cancellations once payment succeeds.
If we cannot deliver a memo due to our own failure (for example, we miss the stated delivery window without a reasonable update), contact hello@jeevz.io and we will make it right — typically by completing the work promptly or, at our sole discretion, issuing a refund or credit.
Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in refusal of future service.
5. Delivery and revisions
Delivery is by email to the address on your order. The memo is one page with a clear recommendation. One round of clarifying questions from us during research is normal. The purchase does not include unlimited revisions, live calls, or implementation unless you buy a separate Build sprint.
6. Not professional advice
Memos are general business decision support based on information you provide and public research. They are not legal, tax, medical, investment, or other licensed professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and outcomes.
7. Intellectual property
You receive a license to use your delivered memo for your own business decisions. You may not resell our memos as a product, scrape our site, or misrepresent our work as your original advisory firm’s output without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a Decision Memo is limited to the amount you paid for that memo. We are not liable for lost profits, opportunity cost, or consequential damages.
9. Privacy
We use your email and decision details to fulfill your order and improve the service. We do not sell your intake content. Payment details are handled by Stripe, not stored on our servers.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms for future purchases.
